Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2026. Last updated: October 22, 2026.
Short version for students and parents
We don't ask for your name, and you can't make an account. We don't sell anything, show ads, or use tracking cookies. If you save a plan, it stays on your own device.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through our contact form. There are no accounts or sign-ups. The contact form is the only way to send us anything (see "If you use our contact form" below).
Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for, so they can deliver the page and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in total, for example how many people viewed a page and which country they came from. Cloudflare says this tool doesn't use cookies or localStorage and doesn't fingerprint visitors for analytics. We can't see who you are. Cloudflare Web Analytics (opens in a new tab).
Fonts. Our fonts are stored on our own site, so loading them doesn't contact any font company.
Saved plans ("My Plan," coming soon)
When this feature launches, any plan you save will be stored only in your own browser (in "localStorage") on that device. It is never sent to us. To delete it, clear this site's data in your browser settings. Clearing your browser data, or using a different device or browser, will also remove it or make it unavailable. We do not look up your location.
Videos
Career videos come from CareerOneStop (sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor). A video doesn't load until you tap Play. When you do, your browser connects to YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com), which receives your IP address and basic browser information. CareerOneStop's own privacy policy covers the video program: CareerOneStop Site Privacy (opens in a new tab). YouTube is a Google service: Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
Google Calendar links
If you tap "Add to Google Calendar," you leave our site and go to Google. Google's privacy policy applies there: Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
What we don't do
We don't have accounts, sell or rent data, show ads, use tracking or advertising cookies, or build profiles of visitors.
If you use our contact form
When you send the contact form, for example to report a mistake, we receive what you type, the page you sent it from, and a reply address if you choose to give one, which is optional. Cloudflare delivers the message to us and briefly handles it to do so. See Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We use what you send only to read it, reply if you asked us to, and fix the site. We delete form messages within 12 months after the issue is closed, unless we need them longer to handle a legal request. Please don't include your full name, phone number, or other private details we don't need. We do not send you a confirmation email.
Kids under 13
This site is meant for high school students (about 14–18) and their parents. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has sent us personal information, let us know through our Corrections & Contact and we'll delete it.

Use our Corrections & Contact.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, for example if we ever start collecting anything new, we'll also add a note on the site.
